I want to know if there is a way to convert an ANSYS .db file into a Teddy file that can be read on sofistik?

I am sorry but there is no direct software interface between ANSYS and SOFiSTiK.
If it is possible in ANSYS, you could try to create an IFC ‘Structural View’ (or ‘Analytical View’) file with ANSYS and import it to SOFiSTiK (2018).
Another more advanced and complex solution is to manually revise the ANSYS text input file (not the database file .db). Therefore you have to translate the ANSYS code to the CADINP language.

You can use spreadsheet for transfer nodal coordinates and description of elements from ansys to dat file.
