Hi ,
I want to model soil into 3-Dimension (around vertical shaft and tunnel interaction) due to complexity of structure. I can’t use the TALPA module which is only for Plane strain and axisymmetric problem.
My questions are ;
a) Should I use ASE module to simulate the 3-D effect of soil-structure interaction (Soil as a VOLUME elements)?
b) If not ASE (soil as volume elements), Will I get the satisfactory results by using HASE module?
c) What would be the best solution to this problem.
